PC Repairs
Free estimates are given to all machines brought to us for repair, it takes approximately 2 days for an estimate to be given. All repairs carry a 3 month guarantee on any work done. However, we cannot guarantee software, or problems such as viruses and spy-ware since this is down to the individual's use of the Internet, security software and any other type of software which may be installed.

Upgrades
To get connected to the internet or to use particular software, you may need upgrades to your computer. OFFICE E-COMMERCE.BIZ can provide upgrade services and advise you on exactly which parts and what labour is necessary.

Networking Security and Repairs
Organisations can find their computer networks are made ineffective by faults or security issues, such as viruses. OFFICE E-COMMERCE.BIZ have extensive experience in repairing ineffective networks which have been improperly installed, cleaning and clearing viruses and faults and supplying up to date network security.

Network Overhaul for Charities / Small Businesses
We provide a one-off "Overhaul" service in which our team will visit your premises and repair/upgrade all your systems, clean up viruses, trojans and install protection against malware. We will also advise you on your next steps towards making efficient computer use. Discounts apply for charities and not-for-profits. Contact us to arrange an overhaul.

Back ups
Our BackupBox is equipped with a CD or a DVD Writer and replaces an ordinary network backup device. The BackupBox will extract data from all data storage points on your network, and burn it all onto a CD-R/RW or DVD-R/RW, daily, weekly or on-demand. Reliably and Simply. DVDWriter version £180 + engineers' configuration and installation fee (£40).

OFFICE E-COMMERCE.BIZ provides network support solutions which include training, computer support, server maintenance and call outs. It is our aim to empower organisations while we support them.
